Black Moshannon Lodge Vacation Rental 2009 Rates:

**From December 1 through March 15 we are featuring a Winter Getaway Promotion.  Check out the Home Page or Promotions Page for futher details.

Nightly Rate:  $149 per night, 2 night minimum.  Check In Time: 3pm Check Out: 1pm

Penn State Football & Graduation Weekends: $575 

Summer Weeks: $595/week Friday to Friday from late June 25 to August 20, 2010. If a week is not rented two weeks prior to the date, we will rent the lodge at a 2 night minimum at $149 per night.

SPECIAL BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS FOR WINTER WEEKEND PROMOTION:  Our current booking system doesn't allow us to take into account promotions.  Upon booking the rate will say it's $149/night.  Guaranteed we will do a price adjustment prior to running your credit card; however you must book 3 nights and please state Weekend Getaway Promotion under Comments.  We strive to make this a simple process!!

 Cancellation Policy and Cancellation Fee:

Tenant and Landlord have the right to cancel this Lease at any point before the start date.

(1) If Tenant cancels the Lease, Tenant will lose 100% of the lease amount. Tenant agrees to have no right to receive a refund of the lease amount. If Tenant cancels this Lease, Tenant agrees to allow Landlord to find a replacement tenant for the cancelled lease period. If Landlord finds a replacement tenant, Landlord agrees to return Tenant’s security deposit less a $50.00 service fee.

(2) If Landlord cancels the Lease, Tenant agrees that Landlord must only return the amount of money, both rent and security deposit, paid in-advance to the Landlord by Tenant.
